This project involved taking over a full home renovation after the previous contractor was dismissed by the homeowner. We corrected and rebuilt portions of the existing work before completing the remodel from the ground up. The renovation included reframing damaged or improperly completed areas, all-new electrical, complete replumbing, a new HVAC system, drywall, paint, flooring, windows, a new kitchen, fully remodeled bathrooms with custom tile, a new rear deck, repairs to the front deck, a new concrete sidewalk, and new gravel and paver walkways along the side of the home.
